by Sir Walter Scott
Although written in the 1800s, Ivanhoe tells the twelfth-century story of England and its formation from Saxon and Norman factions. Included in the story are the exploits of Robin Hood, written with the romance and adventure that we associate him with today.
For the reading project, I obtained an electronic copy of Ivanhoe. Using my standard font size setting, the book is 440 pages long.
